Acutostrea uncinella from Belgium
Partial fossil of a shell called Acutostrea uncinella in Cretaceous (ca. 72.1 - 66 million years old) in bedrock. The shell fossil was found in the Romont quarry near Eben-Emael, Belgium. The dimensions of the stone containing the shell fossil are approximately 50 mm x 55 mm x 36 mm. Weight approx: 63 grams + packaging.
