Metacarpus bone of Bison priscus (steppe bison). The remains of the bone came to the surface during mining in Pest County, Hungary. The size of the bone is approx.: length 243 mm, width 85 mm, thickness 50 mm. Weight: approx. 590 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30.
