Bison priscus partial jaw (519 mm) SOLD (SY) 01
Bison priscus (steppe bison) partial jaw. The bison fossil came to the surface during gravel mining in Heves County, Hungary. The dimensions of the jaw are approximately: length 519 mm, height 199 mm, width 56 mm. Weight: approx. 1440 grams + packaging. A larger drying crack is visible in the lower part of the jaw. The surface of the jaw is preserved with cyanoacrylate. The cyanoacrylate makes the surface shiny.
