Pleistocene Bison sp. partial bison maxilla bone. The 4 partial teeth visible in the maxilla are badly worn during chewing. The bison fossil came to the surface during mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the fossil are approximately: 116 mm x 82 mm x 40 mm. Weight approx.: 198 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with PVB (Mowital).
