Oligocene-aged (approximately 30 million years old) fossil of a fish called Dapalis macrurus.
The fish remains from Cereste, France. The size of the stone slab containing the fish is approximately: 160 mm x 120 mm x 5 mm.
The fish fossil tail fins are missing.
The fish on the stone slab is about 57.5 mm long
The fish residue is in a completely natural state. Not painted, canned. the edges of the stone slab are slightly dusted.
The weight of the stone slab is about 145 grams + packaging.
