Equus sp. partial tibia bone (393 mm) horse
Pleistocene Equus sp. (ancient horse) partial tibia bone. The horse fossil came to the surface during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The tibial bone measures approximately 393 mm in length, 116 mm in width, and 95 mm in thickness. Weight approx: 1138 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with cyanoacrylate.
