Mammuthus meridionalis tooth (2212 grams) SOLD(A) 01
Mammuthus meridionalis (southern mammoth) is a partial tooth. An interesting feature of the tooth is that he has not chewed the mammoth yet. The end of the tooth is incomplete. The mammoth fossil was found in Pest County, Hungary, during gravel mining. The dimensions of the tooth are approximately 205 mm long, 126 mm high and 84 mm wide. Weight: about 2212 grams + packing. Sand and gravel carvings appear on several places on the tooth. The tooth surface is preserved with PVB (Mowital).
