Megaloceros giganteus (Irish Elk) partial antler. The remains of the antler came to the surface during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The length of the antler is approx. 448 mm. The maximum thickness of the antler rose is 99 mm. The weight of the antler is approx. 1937 grams + packaging. The surface of the antler is preserved with cyanoacrylate and PVB (Mowital). The surface of the antler is shiny due to the preservative.
