Prospalax priscus partial jaw SOLD (RR) 06
Partial jaw of Prospalax priscus of Pliocene age (ca. 3 million years old). There are 2 whole teeth in the bone. The fossil came to the surface during limestone mining in Baranya County, Hungary in 2004. The dimensions of the jaw are approx .: 12 mm long, 6 mm high and 4 mm wide. It weighs less than 1 gram. I deliver the Prospalax fossil in a plastic storage box measuring approximately 28 mm x 28 mm x 22 mm.
