Miocene age approx.: 10-13 million years old Quercus sp. (oak) leaf impressions on bedrock. The plant fossils came to the surface during diatom mining in the Zemplén Mountains near the Erdőbénye settlement in Hungary. Leaf impressions can be seen on a very hard silicified shell-broken stone. The stone contains several impressions. One of the leaves shows beautiful manganese dendites. The size of the stone is approximately: 205 mm x 113 mm x 70 mm. The length of the largest Quercus print is approx. 73 mm. The weight of the stone is approx. 1412 grams + packaging.
