Partial jaw bone of a Pleistocene rhinoceros (Stephanorhinus?). The rhinoceros fossil came to the surface during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. It was found in a mine where Mammuthus meridionalis remains were also found, so its age is probably older than 600,000 years. The dimensions of the jaw bone are approximately: length 262 mm, height 94 mm, width 53 mm. Weight: approx. 1603 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with PVB (Mowital). Cracks are visible on the jaw bone.
