Sziderite Tridimite from Hungary, Erdőbénye
Siderite (spherrosiderite), tridimetine, and saponite in bladder cavity. The mineral group comes from Hungary from the Zemplén Mountains at Mulató-hegy andezit mine near Erdőbénye settlement. The bladder cavity is approximately 124 mm x 62 mm. The stone is approximately 156 mm x 94 mm x 70 mm. Tridimite crystals are around mm and most of them are coated by a thin saponite layer. The weight of the stone is about 1020 grams + pack.
