Bison priscus partial neck vertebra bone
Partial cervical vertebra bone of Bison priscus (steppe bison). The remains of the bone came to the surface during mining in Pest County, Hungary. The size of the vertebral bone is approximately: length 115 mm, height 152 mm, width 118 mm. Weight: approx. 527 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
