10 pieces Globidens aegyptiacus, Igdamanosaurus tooth from Morocco
10 Cretaceous (approx. 70.6 - 66 million years old) Igdamanosaurus, Globidens aegyptiacus teeth. The tooth remains come from the Qued-Zem site in Morocco. Globidens is a type of Mosasaurus whose teeth are specialized for ripping open the shell of ammonites, nautilus and smaller turtles. The Globidenses could reach a length of approx. 6 meters. The dimensions of the teeth shown in the pictures are approximately: 30 - 20 mm x 24.5 - 21 mm x 24 - 30 mm. Their total weight is approx. 164 grams + packaging.
