10 pieces Sparus umbonatus fish teeth from Hungary
The teeth of 10 Miocene (Badenian) fish called Sparus umbonatus (Durbincs). The fish fossils came to the surface during sand mining near the Himesháza settlement in Hungary. The dimensions of the teeth are approximately: 10 - 16.5 mm x 6 - 10.5 mm x 2 - 6 mm. The weight of 10 teeth is approx. 4 grams + packaging. The teeth are in their natural state, not preserved.
