Acutostrea uncinella from Eben-Emael
A partial fossil of a shell called Acutostrea uncinella of Cretaceous age (approx. 72.1 - 66 million years) in bedrock. The shell fossil was found in the Romont quarry near the town of Eben-Emael in Belgium. The dimensions of the stone containing the shell fossil are approx. 68 mm x 62 mm x 32 mm. Weight approx.: 73 grams + packaging.
