Baby woolly mammoth upper tooth (52,4 mm)
Upper dP3 tooth from a Mammuthus primigenius (woolly mammoth) cub (baby). The mammoth fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The tooth measures approximately: length 52.4 mm, height 33 mm, width 32.8 mm. Weight approximately: 50 grams + packaging. The tooth surface is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
