Miocene age (approx. 4-10 million years old) Balenoptera sp. whale vertebra fossil. The whale remains were collected by trawling in the Western Scheldt River in the Netherlands in May 2019. The dimensions of the vertebra are approx.: length 207 mm, height 194 mm, width 198 mm. Weight: approx. 6.1 Kg + packaging. The vertebra is not preserved and is in a natural state.
