Bison priscus neck vertebra
Partial neck vertebra of Bison priscus (steppe bison). This bison fossil was unearthed during gravel mining operations in Pest County, Hungary. Its approximate dimensions are: length 111 mm, height 171 mm, and width 162 mm. Its weight is approximately 900 grams (excluding packaging). The surface of the fossil has been preserved using Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
