Bison priscus upper tooth
Upper tooth of the steppe bison Bison priscus. The bison fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the tooth are approximately: length 33.6 mm, height 51 mm, width 29.7 mm. Weight approximately: 57 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
