Bison sp. partial left lateral mandible. 2 teeth are visible in the jawbone. The bison fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. Dimensions of the jaw: length 143 mm, height 61 mm, width 33 mm. Weight approx.: 214 grams + packaging. The surface of the jaw is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
