Bison sp. (cf. priscus) metatarsal bone. The remains of the bone came to the surface during mining in Pest County, Hungary. The size of the bone is approx.: length 285 mm, width 81 mm, thickness 64 mm. Weight approx.: 827 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
