Deer partial skull bone (857 grams)
Deer partial skull bone of Pleistocene age (2.4 - 0.6 million years). The deer fossil came to the surface during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the skull are approximately: length 97 mm, height 110 mm, width 193 mm, diameter of the antler stem 56 mm. The weight of the skull is approx. 857 grams + packaging. The skull bone is preserved. On the skull, calcifications of sand and gravel can be seen in several places.
