Partial tooth of Elephas antiquus (formerly known as Palaeoloxodon antiquus). The elephant fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The tooth's dimensions are approximately: length 138 mm, height 133 mm, width 71 mm. Weight approximately: 1287 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
