Equus sp. radius bone (355 mm)
Pleistocene Equus sp. (horse) complete radius bone with partial ulna bone. The horse fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the radius bone are approximately: length 355 mm, width 95.6 mm, thickness 56.3 mm. Weight approximately: 862 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30.
