Fossil Pholcidae spider in Dominican amber
Miocene age (approx. 30 million years) inclusion of Pholcidae (masked spiders) in amber. In addition to the false reaper spiders, a large insect leg and a small Hymenoptera insect inclusion can be seen in the amber. Amber originates from Dominica. The dimensions of the amber are approximately: 21 mm x 18 mm x 6.5 mm. Weight: approx. 2 grams + packaging. I give the amber in a plastic storage box of approx. 28 mm x 28 mm x 21.5 mm.
