Cretaceous (approx. 75 - 80 million years old) Galeola senonensis sea urchin fossil. Small pyrite crystals can be seen on the surface of Galeola. The origin of the fossil is a quarry near the settlement of Höver, Germany. The dimensions of the sea urchin are approximately: 20 mm x 17.5 mm x 16 mm. Weight: approx. 8 grams + packaging.
