Eocene aged (approx: 52-41 million years old), Lophiodon Lautricense giant tapir jaw fragment.
In the jaw fragment is visible one healthy tooth. The fossil's size is approximately 89 mm x 47 mm x 25 mm.
The size of tooth: approximately 35 mm x 25 mm. The weight of of residual jaw is: 120 grams + packing.
The Lophiodon remains were found during coal mining in France near Robiac more than 20 years ago.
