Lophiodon lautricense maxilla
Eocene aged (approx: 52-41 million years) Lophiodon lautricense giant tapir (maxilla) one upper tooth.
One tooth on the skull bone is visible. The weight of the fossil is about 373 grams + packing.
The fossils size is approximately 132 mm x 60 mm x 71 mm. The size is approximately 61 mm x 56 mm.
The Lophiodon remain was found in France during coal mining near Robiac more than 20 years ago.
The remain is in natural state. Not preserved.
