Mammuthus meridionalis (southern mammoth) is a partial tusk. The mammoth fossil surfaced in Hungary, Pest County, during gravel mining. The dimensions of the tusk are about 102 mm long and 82 mm maximum. The weight of the tusk is about 348 grams + packaging. The surface of the fern is preserved with cyanoacrylate.
