Mammuthus primigenius (woolly mammoth) lower right tooth. The mammoth fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The tooth measures approximately: length 217 mm, height 130 mm, width 87 mm. Weight approximately: 1889 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
