Partial tooth of Mammuthus sp. or Elephas antiquus. The mammoth fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the tooth are approximately: length 177 mm, height 146 mm, width 79 mm. Weight approximately: 1686 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
