Mammuthus sp. partial tooth (809 grams)
Mammuthus sp. (cf. meridionalis) partial tooth. The mammoth fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The tooth measures approximately: length 110 mm, height 93 mm, width 75 mm. Weight approximately: 809 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
