The severely abraded vertebral bone of the Miocene Cet. The cetacean fossil surfaced in the Danitz-puszta sand mine in the Mecsek Mountains near Pécs, Hungary. The dimensions of the vertebra are approx .: length 85 mm, width 63 mm, thickness 61 mm. Weight approx: 451 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is in a natural state, not preserved.
