Pliopetaurista pliocaenica partial jaw (13 mm)
Partial jaw of Pliopetaurista pliocaenica (flying squirrel) of Pliocene age (approx. 2.8 - 3.5 million years). There are 2 chewing teeth in the jaw bone. The squirrel fossil came to the surface during limestone mining in Hungary's Baranya County (B26) between 2000-2004. The dimensions of the jaw are approximately: length 13 mm, height 7 mm, width 4 mm. Its weight is 1 gram + packaging. I will provide the jaw in a plastic storage box measuring approx. 28 mm x 28 mm x 21.5 mm.
