Calcite slice polished on one side. The mineral was found during limestone mining in the Gerecse Mountains in Hungary near the settlement of Süttő. The size of the calcite slice is approx.: 246 mm x 108 mm. The thickness of the slice is approx.: 25 mm. The weight of the calcite: 885 grams + packaging. The calcite glows in long-wave UV light.
