Pliocene age (approx. 3 million years old) Prospalax priscus (earth dog) partial jaw. 2 whole teeth can be seen in the bone. The fossil came to the surface in 2004 during limestone mining in Baranya County, Hungary. The dimensions of the jaw are approximately: length 18 mm, height 7 mm, width 4 mm. It weighs less than 1 gram. I give the Prospalax fossil in a plastic storage box of approx. 28 mm x 28 mm x 22 mm.
