Seal Phalanges bone (Halichoerus grypus?)
Pleistocene age (Halichoerus grypus?) gray seal phalangeal bone. The seal fossil was found during trawling in the North Sea, near the coast of the Netherlands. The dimensions of the bone are approximately: length 98 mm, width 23 mm, thickness 21 mm. Weight approximately: 26 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with Collal glue dissolved in acetone.
