Seal partial humerus bone (Pagophilus groenlandicus?)
Partial humerus (upper arm) bone of a Pleistocene seal (Pagophilus groenlandicus?). The seal fossil was found during trawling in the North Sea, near the coast of the Netherlands. The dimensions of the humerus bone are approximately: 119 mm x 54 mm x 50 mm. Weight approx: 100 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with Collal glue dissolved in acetone.
