Seal partial plevic bone
Partial pelvic bone of a Pleistocene seal (cf. Halichoerus grypus?). The seal fossil was found during trawling in the North Sea, near the coast of the Netherlands. The dimensions of the pelvic bone are approx.: 138 mm x 69 mm x 34 mm. Weight approx.: 87 grams + packaging. The surface of the pelvic bone is preserved with Collal glue dissolved in acetone.
