Spider Araneae in burmese amber (15 mm x 12 mm x 4 mm)
A Cretaceous (approx. 100 million years old) spider (Araneae) and the remains of an insect in brumite amber. The origin of spider amber is Myanmar, Hukawng valley. The size of the amber is approximately: 15 mm x 12 mm x 4 mm. It weighs less than 1 gram. I give the amber in a plastic storage box of approx. 28 mm x 28 mm x 21 mm.
