Sus scrofa partial jaw
Partial left lower jaw of a Pleistocene Sus scrofa (male wild boar). The wild boar remains were found during gravel mining in Győr-Moson-Sopron County, Hungary. Dimensions: length 222 mm, height 62 mm, width 31.3 mm. Weight: approx. 184 grams + packaging. The surface of the jaw is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
