Coelodonta antiquitatis (woolly rhinoceros) partial jaw fragments from a young individual.

Rhinoceros fossils were found during excavation in the Pest County, Hungary. Unfortunately it is broken by mining machines. Five pieces were found with the tooth. Some pieces are fixed together with cyanoacrylate. Now it is in 3 pieces. The jaw bone length is 375 mm in this condition. The size of the existing complete tooth is approximately 43 mm x 53 mm x 25 mm. It is interesting that the rhinoceros had never chewed with it ever. The tooth is not fully developed.
