Woolly Rhinoceros partial ulna bone
Partial ulna bone of a Pleistocene woolly rhinoceros (Coelodonta antiquitatis). The rhinoceros fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The dimensions of the ulna bone are approximately: length 191 mm, width 87 mm, thickness 123 mm. Weight approximately: 496 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
