Komlosaurus carbonis footprint fossil pair
A pair of fossilized footprints of a dinosaur named Komlosaurus carbonis, approximately 200 million years old. The Komlosaurus footprint was discovered in Hungary in the Mecsek Mountains, near the settlement of Pécs-Vasas, during open-pit coal mining about 20 years ago. The dimensions of the stones containing the footprint are approximately: (A): 268 mm x 302 mm x 14 mm. The weight of the stone is approximately: 1473 grams + packaging. (B): 301 mm x 278 mm x 20 mm. Its weight is approximately: 2005 grams + packaging. The stone is in natural condition, not preserved. The special feature of the footprint fossil is that the stone sheets are so thin that the imprints of the footprint are visible on both sides of the stones.
