Bison priscus partial neck vertebra
Partial cervical vertebra bone of Bison priscus (steppe bison). The remains of the bone came to the surface during gravel mining in Pest County, Hungary. The size of the bone is approx.: length 115 mm, height 153 mm, width 125 mm. Weight: approx. 498 grams + packaging. The surface of the bone is preserved with a substance called Polyvinyl Butyral 30 dissolved in ethanol.
