Crotalocephalus gibbus from Morocco
Devonian age (407 - 397.5 million years) crotalocephalus gibbus trilobite (three-armed primitive crab) fossil. The origin of the trilobite is Morocco, Alnif. The size of the stone containing the trilobite is approx. 112 mm x 78 mm x 44 mm, weight approx. 389 grams + packaging. When the trilobite was found, it was broken into 3 pieces, but it was nicely glued together and dissected. The length of the trilobite on the stone is 75 mm and its width is 29 mm.
