The partial maxilla bone of a small deer-like ruminant called Leptomeryx evansi of early Oligocene age (approx. 38-24.8 million years). 4 teeth are visible in the upper jaw. The Leptomeryx fossil is from the U.S.A. Wyoming, White River Formation. The dimensions of the maxilla are approximately: 28 mm x 12 mm x 9 mm. Weight: approx. 3 grams + packaging. The fossil is in a natural state, not preserved. I will give you the fossil in a plastic storage box measuring approx. 41 mm x 29 mm x 23 mm.
