Upper tooth of Pleistocene Palaeoloxodon antiquus (also known as: Elephas antiquus). The Palaeoloxodon fossil was unearthed during gravel mining in Győr-Moson-Sopron County, Hungary. The dimensions of the tooth are approx.: length 270 mm, height 191 mm, width 80 mm. Weight approx: 4420 grams + packaging. The surface of the tooth is preserved with cyanoacrylate and Polyvinyl Butyral 30.
