Partial scapula bone of a Pleistocene seal (Pagophilus groenlandicus?). The seal fossil was found during trawling in the North Sea, near the coast of the Netherlands. The dimensions of the scapula are approximately: length 56 mm, width 65 mm, thickness 24 mm. Weight: approx. 29 grams + packaging. The surface of the scapula bone is preserved with Collal glue dissolved in acetone.
